Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: $4.99
    • Details: Economical shipping suitable for non-urgent orders.
  2. Expedited Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: $9.99
    • Details: Faster delivery for time-sensitive purchases.
  3. Overnight Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Cost: $19.99
    • Details: Next-day delivery for urgent orders placed before 12 PM CST.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to monitor your shipment's status.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info.riqcreations@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modification Window: Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, processing and fulfillment begin, and changes may not be possible.
